Mark Alan Effinger, Principal • Mr. Effinger is the chief evangelist and a founder of RichContent.

As a creative catalyst to more than 300 client firms, Mark promotes innovation tools as one of the chief solutions to company and individual growth challenges. Founding eleven companies, selling six, taking one into liquidation and one to Inc. 500 has provided a fairly well rounded scope.

Beginning in laser and scanning technologies he conceived, patented, manufactured and marketed the number one selling laser display system worldwide. Through acquisition, the company became one of the fastest growing private companies in the US, ranking 389th in the Inc. 500.Mere Image Design Group (Ad Agency), Eclipse Technology (Laser Advertising), Continuum Software (Media management Utilities), Storm Systems (Contracting), Access Communications (ISP), CFM (Product Development & Marketing), InterClient (Internet eCommerce Software) and has held management and advisory roles in J.Stream, TechCoast.com, eAgency.com, IdeaFisher and PRWeb.com.

Eric Kinney is responsible for managing the increasingly complex technical issues both inside and outside of RichContent.

With an extensive history as both employer and founder of telecommunications companies and technology/advertising businesses, Eric brings his broad scope of talent to the RichContent team.

Eric founded City Link in the late 80's, developing a powerful and profitable intralata telecommunications business in the Portland metro area. In addition, he was cofounder of Access Communications, a Portland metro area ISP (Internet Service Provider), recently acquired by a growing Vancouver, WA communications firm.

Eric's history also includes several years as a registered Macintosh software developer, during which time he wrote the Mac version of Paladin Measuring System's pen-based blueprint takeoff software. In addition, Eric brings with him deep experience in the graphic arts field, including owning and operating Ink Spot Graphics Design, and developing a revolutionary 2-color printing process named Richtone, which gives images a 4-color impact using only two colors. Eric was critical in the development and operation of the eXpertSystem+eXpertLingo Creativity Suite, and worked tightly with RichContent's software development team to provide a roadmap for the application’s functionality. Development Team: RichContent is fortunate to have found Altuit Design, a Texas-based software firm seasoned in both interface and code design for usability. Chipp Walters and Chris Bohnert handled the majority of the coding chops, making eXpertSystem+eXpertLingo an extremely robust, stable and feature-rich application. Though outsourced, the firm acts like an inhouse development team, extending our capabilities and helping to quickly adjust the technology to meet client needs.

In 17 years of working in software development, we have never worked with a more competent, insightful and easygoing group of folks than Chipp and Altuit.

David A. McInnis, Founder and CEO of PRWeb®                                  

David McInnis is the original innovator of direct to consumer news release distribution and developer of PRWeb’s Online Visibility Engine. A graduate of Texas   State University with a B.A. in International Business, he worked for many years as a marketing and database consultant for the telecommunication and direct marketing industries. He served as the IT Manager for Americall Corporation and CTO for several start-ups throughout the 1990's.  Mr. McInnis developed the PRWeb® platform in 1997 and watched it mature into one of the largest press release newswires on the net. While PRWeb® offers services common in major newswires, PRWeb® is the first and only newswire service focusing on direct to consumer distribution.

He remains committed to assisting business owners, authors, marketers and others publicize and promote their news to high-value online properties and major search engines through his innovative use of technology.                

In 2005, Mr. McInnis joined the efforts of Unitus, a micro finance accelerator. He believes that microfinance is one of the few programs that provides sustainable solution to the world's poverty woes and is fully committed to helping the microfinance industry help provide a way out of poverty through microfinance.

David is also a kite-flying enthusiast.
